Fathers of
sons.
From performance to presence.
Most fathers are doing everything right. Showing up. Providing. Staying involved. And still — quietly — feeling like they’re disappearing. Not from their family. From themselves. This circle is built for that man.
A room for fathers raising boys.
A free fortnightly online men’s circle for fathers of sons aged 15–20. Not a course. Not therapy. Not a workshop.
A consistent space where good men slow down together — speak honestly, listen deeply, and remember who they are underneath the role they carry.
Every session follows
the same simple shape.
The circle isn’t random. Over time it moves from performance to presence — so we can show up for our sons and build the deeper connection we’ve always wanted.
Opening
A short grounding practice and one check-in question to land everyone in the room.
The Prompt
One theme, opened by Ruory. A door, not a lecture.
The Circle
Men speak one at a time. No advice, no fixing, no crosstalk. Just honest words and real listening.
Integration
We close the loop together — carrying something real back into the week, and to our sons.
A few things that
make it safe.
- +What's shared in the circle stays in the circle — always.
- +No fixing. When a man speaks, everyone else listens.
- +You can always pass — no man is ever required to share.
- +Camera on. This is a room.
- +This is not therapy. If something needs professional support, we'll say so and point you toward it.
- +No expectations. Show up as you are.
“I want boys to feel loved for who they are, not how they perform or what they do.”
Building the next generation of grounded young men.
